Main Responsibilities
– Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body wraps, and scrubs according to the spa‘s protocols and standards.
– Welcome guests warmly, conduct thorough consultations to understand their preferences and needs, and recommend appropriate treatments.
– Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms, ensuring equipment and supplies are properly sanitized and stocked.
– Educate guests about the benefits of different treatments, skincare products, and wellness techniques, providing personalized recommendations.
– Uphold the spa‘s ambiance of tranquility and relaxation, maintaining a peaceful atmosphere throughout the facility.
– Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and payments efficiently, demonstrating excellent customer service skills at all times.
– Collaborate with other spa staff members to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
– Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the spa industry, participating in ongoing training and professional development activities.
Qualifications
– Certification or diploma in Esthetics, Massage Therapy, or related field from an accredited institution.
– Proven experience working as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a luxury spa environment.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and provide personalized recommendations.
– Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and professionalism.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as needed.
